Yashi is committed to aligning creative and innovative sustainable business strategies into organizations to increase revenue, improve brand image and add competitive advantage by reducing the operations cost along with reducing the impacts on the environment while increasing the organization's community involvement.
Yashi has worked on sustainability projects in various industries including the hospitality industry, textiles industry, apparel industry, academic institutes, sports industry, commercial printing industry, and transportation industry.
Yashi is currently working with Hyperloop Transportation Technologies to evaluate the environmental and social benefits from this futuristic transportation technology. As a professor at Miami Fashion Institute, she is weaving sustainability into the textiles industry. She truly believes that educating our next generation is the key to secure our future generations.
Yashi is an active member at UN Women's NGO Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), she participated in CSW 63's event for Panel Discussion on Tourism and Hotels Globally Empowering Women and Sustainable Development. She is also volunteering in revising the guidelines for Social LCA at UN Environment's Life Cycle Initiative.
Yashi’s academic journey has been extensive, she recently graduated from Harvard University Extension School with a master’s degree in Sustainability and a graduate certificate in Corporate Sustainability and Innovation. She won Dean's Prize For Outstanding Consulting with Clients for Sustainability Solutions Capstone Project, along with Dean's Certificate for Academic Achievement. She also has a Master of Textiles from North Carolina State University.
Will O’Brien, Advisor

Accomplished business executive with extensive global experience, change agent, advisor, entrepreneur, educator, and retired attorney. 50 years in business start-ups, leadership, professional services, marketing including 20 years of management consulting. Will is committed to developing current and future leaders to create shared value, reduce operating costs and environmental impact.
Will has been a faculty advisor and coach for the creation of over 350 Social Responsibility and Sustainability Action Plans for clients worldwide by students from American University in Bulgaria, Bentley University, Clark University, Harvard University DCE, Johns Hopkins, MA Maritime Academy, and Vietnam National University.
Will has a JD and an MBA, he is currently an Associate Professor of Practice at Clark University's Graduate School of Management. He is also the Capstone Advisor and the Instructor at Harvard University Extension School in Development and Sustainability Programs.
